REFUND POLICY

As we make every product at point of order received, we do not carry stock for any of our products, each item is crafted individually for every order. So, at the point of order please ensure that you have reviewed the sizing charts, or contact us before you place an order.

RIGHT TO CANCEL

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Stuart Fairfield, Lynch & Loose Clothing, 24 Bridge Street, Polesworth, B78 1DT, UK) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). By email is the preferred method of communication.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

The Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 14 days to ship us your item(s) and we then have 14 days to refund you once we have received the item (s) not worn and in a satisfactory condition. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@lynchandlooseclothing.co.uk. In the subject line please include your order number. To enable us to review the order. If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping will be covered by the purchaser.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.. 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
